2012 Heber Valley Cowboy Poetry Gathering Performers

Joey + Rory

Joey and Rory, a husband and wife duo, from outside of Nashville, recently received ACM top new Vocal Duo in 2010, as well as Top Single of the Year, and Top new artist. Rory spends his days at their farm, where he continues to pen award winning hits, his most recent #l “ A little More Country Than That” recorded by Easton Corbin. Other hits include, “Some Beach” by Blake Shelton, “ Chain of Love’ by Clay Walker, and “Someone You Used To Know” by Colin Raye. Joey , when she isn’t singing top musical hits, she is sharing the duties of a mother of two daughters, and co-owns a restaurant with her sister in law near Nashville. What makes this married couple’s music so charming is their delivery of genuineness and sly wit. They truly live the cowboy way of life!
